Sweater University 3

The next semester of Sweater University has been announced:

 Adult Aran (cabled) Pullover Sweater

Beginning in October, 2017 and continuing through May, 2108, Moore Yarn at Airport Plaza will be offering a series of 8 sessions on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 9am to 12pm to knit a Aran – Cabled pullover sweater This sweater features raglan (set-in) sleeves, beautiful cables and is worked flat.

The cost is $40 per 3 hour session or $240 for all 8 sessions, if paid in advance and a 20% discount will be given for all yarn purchased at Moore Yarn for use in the class, which will be limited to 8 participants. Early registration is recommended! Yarn orders should be placed not later than Saturday, September 16th to ensure arrival in time for class. 

For those who did not participate in the 1^st Sweater University, a special session will be held on Thursday, September 28^th from 7-9pm to discuss:

·         Pattern selection

·         Yarn selection/substitution & swatching

·         Sizing & schematics

 Students may pick up their kits then to begin swatching and needle selection
